跨膜丝氨酸蛋白酶4和E-钙黏蛋白在胆囊癌中的表达及与预后的关系

Expression of TMPRSS4 and E-cad in gallbladder carcinoma tissues and its relationship with prognosis

目的:分析跨膜丝氨酸蛋白酶4(transmembrane protease serine 4,TMPRSS4)和E-钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin,E-cad)在胆囊癌中的表达及与预后的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学技术检测TMPRSS4和E-cad在75例胆囊癌组织中的表达,应用SPSS 17.0软件分析与胆囊癌临床病理特征及预后的关系。结果:在胆囊癌组中,TMPRSS4的高表达显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.01),E-cad的高表达显著低于癌旁组织(P<0.01),TMPRSS4的高表达、E-cad的低表达与胆囊癌的TNM分期、淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05);但与性别、年龄、组织学分级、肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05)。TMPRSS4高表达组的3年生存率及无瘤生存率明显低于低表达者(P<0.05);E-cad高表达组的3年生存率及无瘤生存率明显高于低表达者(P<0.05)。结论:在胆囊癌中,TMPRSS4高表达、E-cad低表达可能与胆囊癌发生、发展有关。

Objective:To analyze the expression of transmembrane protease serine 4(TMPRSS4)and E-cadherin(E-cad)in gallbladder carcinoma tissues and its relationship with prognosis.Methods:In this study,immunohistochemistry method was used to detect TMPRSS4 and E-cad expression in 75 cases of gallbladder carcinoma tissues,and their relationships with clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis were evaluated by SPSS 17.0.Results:The high expression of TMPRSS4 in gallbladder carcinoma group was significantly higher than that in matched adjacent tissues group(P<0.01).E-cad high expression in gallbladder carcinoma group was significantly lower than that in matched adjacent tissues group(P<0.01).High expression of TMPRSS4 and low expression of E-cad were significantly correlated with TNM stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),but not with gender,age,histological grade or tumor size(P>0.05).The three-year survival rate and disease-free survival rate of the patients with high expression of TMPRSS4 or low expression of E-cad were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:In gallbladder carcinoma,high expression of TMPRSS4 low expression of E-cad might play role in tumor occurring and progress.
