阴道微生态与宫颈HPV感染及CIN相关性研究进展 被引量:23

摘要 宫颈癌是女性最常见的癌症之一,高危HPV持续感染是导致宫颈癌形成的关键致病因素。既往研究表明,育龄期女性HPV感染率较高,但仅有很小一部分患者会发展成为宫颈癌。可以猜测,在宫颈癌的形成和发展过程中,可能还存在其他因素共同作用,导致宫颈癌的发生。正常阴道内微生物菌群以乳酸杆菌为优势菌,各菌群间长期维持动态平衡,增加阴道防御能力。研究表明,乳酸杆菌作为阴道内优势菌,它在宫颈癌的预防中可能起着重要的作用。阴道微生态紊乱作为一种新的危险因素在近些年被提出,普遍认为阴道内菌群的构成和数量的变化可能在宫颈癌的发生发展过程中发挥了重要的作用。本文将对近些年阴道内菌群失调对高危HPV感染及CIN的发生和发展的研究进行总结性分析。 Cervical cancer is one of the most common cancers in women.High-risk HPV persistent infection is the key pathogenic factor leading to cervical cancer.Previous studies have shown that women of childbearing age have a high HPV infection rate,but only a small number of patients will develop into cervical cancer.It can be speculated that in the process of cervical cancer formation and development,there may also be other factors,leading to the occurrence of cervical cancer.Lactobacillus is the dominant bacteria in vaginal microflora,which maintains dynamic balance for a long time and increase the ability of vaginal prevention.Studies have shown that lactobacillus,as the dominant bacteria in the vagina,may paly a important role in the prevention of cervical carcinoma.As a new risk factor,vaginal microecological disorder has been put forward in recent years.It is generally believed that the change of the composition and quantity of bacterial in vaginal may play an important role in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.In this paper,we will summarize and analyze the recent studies on the occurrence and development of high-risk HPV infection and CIN caused by vaginal microflora disorder.
