摘要
目的了解淄博市水痘疫情的流行特征,为控制水痘工作提供科学依据。方法对2013年-2018年淄博市各区县的送检样本和主动到市疾病预防控制中心就诊的疑似水痘患者的血清样本进行实验室检测,采用酶联免疫捕获法检测水痘IgM抗体。结果 2013年-2018年全市共检测疑似水痘患者血清样本786份,其中阳性275份,阳性率为34. 99%,发病年龄以15岁~20岁年龄组为主,占发病总人数的57. 12%。不同年龄病例的水痘检测分布差异有统计学意义(χ~2=11. 763,P <0. 05),各区县中报告发病数最高为周村区158例,阳性64例,阳性率为40. 51%,其次为淄川区136例、桓台县129例。结论自2013年开展水痘监测以来,大中专院校在校生持续高发,符合全国及山东省水痘疫情的流行趋势,应加强大中专院校的查漏补种工作。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of chickenpox in Zibo City and provide scientific basis for controlling chickenpox.Methods Laboratory tests were conducted on serum samples sent from districts and counties of Zibo City and suspected chickenpox patients who visited the municipal center for disease control and prevention on their own initiative from 2013 to 2018.The varicella Ig M antibody was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results A total of 786 serum samples were detected,of which 275 were positive,the positive rate was 34.99%.The age of onset was mainly from 15 to 20 years old,accounting for 57.12%of the total number of cases.In the past,it was mostly caused by children,and the age of onset was delayed.The distribution of varicella detection in different age cases was statistically significant(χ~2=11.763,P<0.05).The highest number of cases reported in each district was 158 cases in districts and counties of Zibo City,and 64 cases were positive.The positive rate was 40.51%,followed by 136 cases in Zichuan District and 129 cases in Huantai County.Conclusion Since the implementation of varicella monitoring in 2013,the number of students in colleges and universities has continued to be high,which is in line with the trend of varicella epidemic in the whole country and Shandong Province.The investigation and re-investigation of colleges and universities should be strengthened.
