天然小分子化合物改善糖尿病脑病的作用机制 被引量:1

Mechanism of action of natural small molecular compounds in improving diabetic encephalopathy

摘要 糖尿病脑病(DE)是糖尿病的主要并发症之一,表现为反应迟钝、记忆力减退,随着糖尿病发病率的逐年增加,DE逐渐引起重视。本文对酚酸类、生物碱类、萜类、黄酮类与挥发油类等天然小分子化合物化学结构和改善DE的作用机制的文献进行评述,为DE发病机制的研究和药物开发提供理论依据。 Diabetic encephalopathy(DE)is one of the main complications of diabetes,characterized by dullness of mind and a decline in memory.With the increasing morbidity of diabetes,more and more attention has been paid to DE.According to the related mechanisms and relevant literature,this paper reviewed research progress of natural small molecular compounds including phenolic acids,alkaloids,terpenoids,flavonoids,and the volatile oil in improvement of DE.
