软实力视角的养老服务企业核心竞争力评价

Evaluation of Core Competency of Elderly Care Enterprises from Perspective of Soft Power

This paper first overviews the relevant concepts including the core competence,soft power and then summarizes the basic characteristics of the competences of the elderly care enterprises.It constructs the AHP evaluation model based on the analysis of the constituents of the core competences of such enterprises.And with case study methods,the application of the model is analyzed for empirical evidences.The study is significant in evaluating the core competency of the aged care enterprises from the perspective of soft power.
