摘要
切实推进中华文化国际传播是文化强国建设的重要一环。唐宋文化作为中华文化的基本构成,包含着具有参照意义的制度文化、引领意义的物态文化、启迪意义的心态文化、导向意义的行为文化,以及兼具竞争性与聚合性的“尚公”价值、开放性与包容性的“贵和”价值、调和性与稳定性的“崇礼”价值、和合性与内省性的“思辨”价值。它们具有穿越时空的传播效力,构成了推进唐宋文化国际传播能力建设的思想资源与价值遵循。在新时代的历史方位上,推进唐宋文化国际传播能力建设更是一个实践问题——需要通过构建多元化传播主体解决“谁来传播”的问题;通过打造多样化文化传播内容解决“传播什么”的问题;通过优化立体式文化传播手段解决“如何传播”的问题;通过挖掘本土化传播要素解决“更好传播”的问题。
To promote the international communication of Chinese culture is an important part of the construction of a cultural power.Tang and Song culture as the basic structure of the Chinese culture,contains the reference significance of institutional culture,material culture that leading meaning,psychology culture that enlightening meaning,behavior culture that guiding meaning,as well as has the competitive and aggregative value of"upholding the public",the open and inclusive value of"valuing harmony",the harmonious and stable value of"advocating courtesy",and the harmonious and introspective value of"speculation".They have the transmission effect across time and space,and constitute the ideological resources and values following to promote the international communication capacity construction of tang and song culture.In the new era,it is a practical problem to promote the international communication capacity construction of tang and song culture.We need to solve the problem of"who will spread"by building a diversified communication subject;solve the problem of"what to spread"by building a diversified cultural communication content;solve the problem of"how to spread"by optimizing three-dimensional cultural communication means;and solve the problem of"better communication"by mining the elements of localized communication.
