摘要
郑日新教授秉承郑氏喉科流派学术精华治疗腺样体肥大,认为风邪侵袭,风邪热毒相抟、气滞血瘀是发病之标,“本元禀受不足”是发病之本;治疗用辛凉养阴散结、参芪相伍“护元”,风邪热毒症重则佐以苦味清热通窍,见盗汗、便秘、纳呆、鼻窒鼻渊、耳胀耳闭、乳蛾、喉痹诸兼病症,则应机治之。附腺样体肥大医案1则。
Adhering to the academic essence of ZHENGs’school of laryngology,professor ZHENG Ri-xin treats adenoidal hypertrophy in the view that its direct cause is exterior wind invasion leading to combination of wind and heat toxin,as well as qi stagnation and blood stasis,while its root is vital qi deficiency.The treating strategy is nourishing yin with the pungentcool and dissipating nodes,supplementing vital qi with ginseng and astragalus membranaceus.With severe wind-heat toxin patterns,it is added by clearing heat to open up orifices.If there are symptoms of night sweating,constipation,bad appetite,stuffy nose and rhinitis,fural fullness and blocked ear,tonsillitis,or pharyngitis,symptomatic treatment shall be added.Enclosed is one case report of adenoidal hypertrophy.
