汪悦运用虫类药从络论治痹证经验 被引量:12

WANG Yue’s experience in treating bi syndrome from collaterals with insect drugs

摘要 痹证的病因分为内外两方面,外因多为风、寒、湿、热等邪气的侵袭,内因多为饮食不节、禀赋不足、情志内伤等。“痹”有闭阻不通之意,关节疼痛、僵硬、肿胀、屈伸不利甚至变形是其共有症状。汪悦教授善从“络”论治痹证,认为痹证病机重点为络脉痹阻。络以通为用,不通则痛,故治疗以通经活络为基本原则。而虫类药其性走窜,善通经活络,取效较捷。现代药理研究也认为其具有抗炎、消肿、促进周围血液循环等作用。文章对汪悦教授运用虫类药从络论治痹证经验进行了总结,进一步探究了虫类药治疗痹证的用药及用量选择,以期更好地服务于临床。 The etiology of bi syndrome can be divided into internal and external factors.The external factors are mostly the invasion of pathogenic qi such as wind,cold,humidity and heat,the internal factors are mostly poor dietary habit,insufficiency of natural endowment,emotional disorder and so on.‘Bi’has the meaning of blocking,joint pain,stiffness,swelling,unfavorable flexion and extension and even deformation of joints are common symptoms.Professor WANG Yue is good at treating bi syndrome from collaterals and considers that the focal point of pathogenesis of bi syndrome is collateral obstruction.Only collaterals accessed that can be used,or it will cause pain.So the basic principle to treatment is clearing and activating the collaterals.Insect drugs flee hither and thither,they are adept at clearing and activating the collaterals,and take effect rapidly.Modern pharmacological studies also proves that it has anti-inflammatory,detumescence,promoting the peripheral blood circulation and other functions.This paper summarizes professor WANG Yue’s experience in treating bi syndrome from collaterals with insect drugs,and further explores the insect drugs’type and dosage selection in treating bi,hoping to serve the clinic better.
