杨文明关于肝豆状核变性辨治思路及经验撷菁

YANG Wen-ming’s thoughts and experience of differentiation and treatment about Wilson’s disease

杨文明教授以中医基础理论为着力点,从疾病本身特点出发,倡导辨病与辨证相结合,对肝豆状核变性的病因、病机特点的认识及选方用药有着独特的见解。杨文明教授认为铜毒始终贯穿于肝豆状核变性的疾病过程中,而湿热内蕴、痰浊内生、瘀血内结、气血亏虚均是疾病常见的致病因素或病理产物,因此文章从“铜毒”“湿热”“痰浊”“瘀血”“气血”5个方面阐述杨文明教授关于肝豆状核变性的辨治思路与临床经验,以期为临床治疗提供一定参考。

Professor YANG Wen-ming,who has unique views on the etiology,pathogenesis and prescription selection of medication for Wilson’s disease,focusing on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and proceeding from the characteristics of the disease itself,advocating the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation.Professor YANG Wen-ming believes that copper toxicity always runs through the disease process of Wilson's disease,and damp heat,phlegm turbidity,blood stasis and deficiency of qi and blood are common pathogenic factors or pathological products of the diseases.This article describes professor YANG Wen-ming’s thoughts and experience of differentiation and treatment about Wilson’s disease from five aspects:copper toxicity,damp heat,phlegm turbidity,stasis of blood,qi and blood.
