赵进喜辨体质、辨病、辨证“三位一体”诊治甲状腺功能减退症经验

ZHAO Jin-xi’s experience in the treatment of hypothyroidism by the‘trinity’of diagnosis and physical constitution,disease and syndrome differentiation

赵进喜教授长期从事内分泌疾病的临床研究,在传承仲景之学的基础上,提出了三阴三阳体质学说,运用辨体质、辨病、辨证“三位一体”的诊疗模式诊治甲状腺疾病,在多年的临床实践中积累了丰富的经验,疗效突出。他研究发现本病易发生于少阴体质及少阳体质之人,以肾元亏虚、命火不足为基本病机,在治疗上重视补肾助阳,喜用二仙汤合四逆散加减来治疗本病。

Professor ZHAO Jin-xi has been involved in clinical research at the endocrine disease for many years.In succession to ZHANG Zhong-jing’s academic thought,he put forward the theory of three yin and three yang.In the past years,we had accumulated rich experience in the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid disease through the trinity of constitution,disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation.He found that this disease is prone to occur in shao yin constitution and shao yang constitution of the people,with the kidney yuan deficiency,life fire is not enough as the basic pathogenesis,treatment should pay attention to kidney yang,like to use modified Erxian Decoction and Sini Powder.
