三金片联合左氧氟沙星治疗急性肾盂肾炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of Sanjin Tablets combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of acute pyelonephritis

目的:探讨三金片联合左氧氟沙星对急性肾盂肾炎的治疗作用及安全性。方法:将60例急性肾盂肾炎患者分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例),对照组1~7d给予盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液静脉滴注,第8天起改用盐酸左氧氟沙星胶囊口服至疗程结束;观察组在对照组基础上加用三金片,两组疗程均为14d。观察比较两组的病原学指标、临床疗效和复发率。结果:观察组和对照组病原学有效率分别是85.71%、71.43%;观察组有效率80.00%,对照组有效率73.33%;观察组(4.17%)复发率低于对照组(9.09%)。结论:三金片联合左氧氟沙星治疗急性肾盂肾炎具有较好的临床效果,且能够降低病情复发的概率。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect and security of Sanjin Tablets combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of acute pyelonephritis.Methods:Sixty patients with acute pyelonephritis were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the observation group(30 cases).The patients in the control group were given administered with levofloxacin hydrochloride injection from the first day to the seventh day.They were administered with levofloxacin hydrochloride capsule from the eighth day to the fourteenth day.The treatments of the observation group were the same with the control group.At the same time,the patients in the observation group were administered with Sanjin Tablets.The patients in the two groups were treated for 14d.Pathogenicity indicators,treatment efficacy and the relapse rate of two groups were evaluated and compared.Results:The efficacies of pathogenicity indicators in the observation and control groups were 85.71%and 71.43%,respectively.The efficacy in the observation group was 80.00%,the efficacy in the control group was 73.33%.The relapse rate in the observation group(4.17%)was lower than that in the control group(9.09%).Conclusion:Sanjin Tablets combined with levofloxacin has a good clinical effect in treatment of acute pyelonephritis,and can reduce the relapse rate.
