压力性损伤动物模型的研究进展

Research progress of animal models by pressure injury

压力性损伤的提出扩大了压疮的原有范畴,随着研究范围的愈发全面,对压力性损伤的产生机制、发病原因的探索也愈发深入,医学界基于产生压力性损伤的不同机制理论,采用相应的造模方式,设计出多种动物模型。文章以目前较广泛被认可的几种压力性损伤的产生机制为分类依据,对压力性损伤的动物模型展开综述。

Pressure injury has expanded the original scope of pressure ulcer.As the scope of the study becomes more comprehensive,the research on the mechanism and the cause of disease becomes more in-depth.Based on different mechanism theories of pressure injury,the medical profession adopts the corresponding modeling methods and a variety of animal models have been designed.In this paper,animal models of pressure injury were reviewed on the basis of classification of several widely recognized mechanisms of pressure injury.
