摘要
目的:本次调查旨在探究素食对女性体质及月经有无影响。方法:本次研究采用横断面研究设计对健康成年女性进行问卷调查,收集研究对象的生活方式相关基本信息和体质、月经的基本信息,研究数据应用SPSS 22.0软件进行统计分析。结果:通过将素食组与普食组比较,发现:①各饮食类型之间体质类型差异无统计学意义,但本次研究发现素食组中平和质比重多于普食组,且素食时间越长,平和质所占比例越多;②素食组睡眠质量优于普食组(P<0.05);③素食不影响机体气血的生化,素食组月经量正常比例较普食组更大(P<0.05)。结论:素食对于维持人体体质平和有积极的作用,素食不会导致机体虚弱。
Objective:To explore the effects of vegetarianism on women’s physique and menstruation.Methods:A cross-sectional design was adopted to conduct a questionnaire survey on healthy adult females by convenience sampling method,and basic information related to lifestyle,physical condition and menstruation of the research objects were collected.SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the research data.Results:By comparing the vegetarian group with the general food group,It was found that:①There was no statistically significant difference in constitution types among different diet types,but the proportion of calmer and calmer in the vegetarian group was higher than that in the general diet group,and the longer the vegetarian diet was,the more calmer and calmer people were.②The vegetarian group had better sleep quality than the general diet group(P<0.05).③Vegetarian diet did not affect the biochemistry of qi and blood,and the normal proportion of menstrual volume in vegetarian group was larger than that in general diet group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vegetarianism has a positive effect on maintaining a peaceful body.It will not lead to physical weakness.
