生活质量的社会学属性经历了领域拓宽、概念升华、方法丰富、试验依据充实的全面发展阶段,并将其应用于医学领域,使健康的评价实现了从客观到主观、从物质向精神、从局部到全面的巨大转变。文章阐述了生活质量的评价方法访谈法、观察法、主观报告法、症状定式检查法及标准化量表法。并详细的归纳生活质量评价的应用,如各类人群的一般健康状况评定、疾病状态下患者的生活质量评定、中医药临床疗效评价、指导医疗卫生资源配置等方面,为进一步深入研究生活质量评价提供了良好的基础。

The sociological attributes of quality of life have undergone an all-round development of broadening fields,sublimating concepts,abundant methods and experimental basis,and have been applied to the field of medicine,which has made the evaluation of health a great change from objective to subjective,from material to spirit,and from local to comprehensive.This paper discussed the evaluation methods of quality of life,including interview,observation,subjective reporting,symptom checking and standardized scale.In addition,the application of quality of life assessment was summarized in detail,such as general health status assessment of all kinds of people,quality of life assessment of patients under illness,clinical efficacy evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine,and guidance of allocation of medical and health resources,which provided a good basis for further research on quality of life assessment.
