摘要
目的:基于静息态脑功能分析针刺风池穴对椎动脉型颈椎病发作期患者海马的脑功能连接模式差异,初步探讨风池穴治疗眩晕的中枢机制。方法:选取12例椎动脉型颈椎病发作期患者,进行脑静息态功能MRI扫描,影像学数据经预处理后,以双侧海马为感兴趣区,应用AFNI软件进行图像的统计学分析,采用配对样本t检验,比较针刺风池穴前后海马功能连接的差异。结果:针刺风池后海马与小脑及尾状核连接较针刺前增强,海马与楔前叶及楔叶脑功能连接减弱。结论:针刺风池穴可使静息态双侧海马功能连接产生差异,且该区域与前庭功能密切相关,可能为针刺风池穴治疗眩晕的中枢机制。
Objective:To compare hippocampal connectivity using resting-state functional MRI(rs-fMRI)in patients with cervical spondylosis of artery type(CSA)to study central nervous mechanisms of Fengchi(GB20).Methods:Twelve patients with active CSA were selected to receive rs-fMRI scan.After the imaging preprocessing,seed-based functional connectivity analysis of bilateral hippocampus was performed using the AFNI software.Paired sample t test was used to compare hippocampal functional connectivity before and after needling Fengchi(GB20).Results:Compared with patients before needling Fengchi(GB20),showed increased hippocampus,cerebellum,caudate functional connectivity;and decreased connectivity with precuneus and cuneus.Conclusion:Hippocampus functional connectivity is different before and after needling Fengchi(GB20),indicating that these regions may be involved in vestibular functions and part of the central nervous mechanism of Fengchi(GB20)for vertigo in CSA.
