泻肝通督法治疗心肝火旺型孤独症谱系障碍临床观察

Clinical observation of Xiegan Tongdu method in the treatment of autism spectrum disorder of hyperactivity of heart-liver fire

目的:观察泻肝通督法治疗心肝火旺型孤独症谱系障碍的临床疗效。方法:将入选的65例患儿按随机数字表法分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组33例给予泻肝通督法治疗,对照组32例给予康复训练及特殊教育。治疗前后分别由专业人员根据《孤独症心理教育评核量表中文修订版》(C-PEP-3)及儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)进行评分,进行组间疗效对比、分析与评价。结果:泻肝通督法治疗心肝火旺型孤独症谱系障碍总有效率(90.9%)优于对照组(62.5%)(P<0.05)。结论:泻肝通督法治疗心肝火旺型孤独症谱系障碍临床疗效确切。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Xiegan Tongdu method in the treatment of autism spectrum disorder of hyperactivity of heart-liver fire.Methods:Sixty-five cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,and 33 cases in treatment group were treated by the Xiegan Tongdu method,and 32 patients in the control group were given rehabilitation training and special education.Before and after the treatment,the professional staff scored according to the Chinese version of autism psychological education assessment scale(C-PEP-3)and children’s autism assessment scale(CARS),and compared,analyzed and evaluated the curative effect among groups.Results:The overall clinical efficacy of Xiegan Tongdu method in the treatment of autism spectrum disorder of hyperactivity of heart-liver fire(90.9%)was better than that of the control group(62.5%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical efficacy of Xiegan Tongdu method in the treatment of autism spectrum disorder of hyperactivity of heart-liver fire is effective.
