加味仙方活命饮外用治疗手足综合征瘀热入络型的临床研究

Clinical study on external application of Jiawei Xianfang Huoming Yin in the treatment of hand-foot syndrome with stasis-heat entering collaterals

目的:观察加味仙方活命饮外用治疗手足综合征(HFS)瘀热入络型的临床疗效。方法:本研究采用前后自身对照的方法,将纳入的30例HFS患者予加味仙方活命饮煎汤温浴手足、药包外敷手足患处,每次各30min,每天各2次。连续治疗14d后对患者治疗前后中医证候、一般状态进行疗效评价。结果:治疗14d后中医证候积分、一般状态评分与治疗前比较,显著改善(P<0.05,P<0.01)。其中,手足部症状(皮肤干燥、皮肤红斑、肿胀、灼热、皮肤麻木及瘙痒感)不同程度减轻,总有效率为86.67%(26/30);患者一般状态(精神状态、情志、食欲及睡眠)有效改善,总有效率为80.00%(24/30)。结论:加味仙方活命饮外用对HFS瘀热入络型具有良好的临床疗效,可有效改善中医证候,缓解临床症状,提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jiawei Xianfang Huoming Yin in the treatment of hand-foot syndrome(HFS)with stasis-heat entering collaterals.Methods:The method of self-control before and after treatment was used in this study.Thirty patients with HFS were treated with Jiawei Xianfang Huoming Yin Decoction for warm bathing of hands and feet and external application of medicine packages for 30 minutes each time,twice a day.After 14 days of continuous treatment,the curative effect of TCM syndromes and general state of patients before and after treatment was evaluated.Results:After 14 days of treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes and general state were significantly better than those before treatment(P<0.05,P<0.01).Among them,hand and foot symptoms(skin dryness,skin erythema,swelling,burning,skin numbness and itching)were alleviated to varying degrees,and the total effective rate was 86.67%(26/30);Patients’general state(mental state,mood,appetite and sleep)was effectively improved,and the total effective rate was 80.00%(24/30).Conclusion:Jiawei Xianfang Huoming Yin has good clinical efficacy in treating HFS with stasis-heat entering collaterals,which can effectively improve TCM syndromes,alleviate clinical symptoms and improve patients’quality of life.
