摘要
目的:观察补肾益髓胶囊对缓解期视神经脊髓炎谱系病(NMOSD)患者IL-23/IL-17A轴及相关细胞因子的影响。方法:评估22例缓解期NMOSD患者(NMOSD组)规律使用补肾益髓胶囊治疗3个月前后的扩展残疾状态量表(EDSS)评分及中医症状评分,使用人高敏感性多细胞因子试剂盒检测NMOSD组治疗前后及对照组血浆IL-23、IL-17A、IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-6水平。结果:NMOSD组患者治疗前外周血IL-23、IL-17A、IL-1β、TNF-α水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),NMOSD组患者治疗后外周血IL-23、IL-17A、IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-6水平较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),EDSS及中医症状评分也较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:补肾益髓胶囊能够降低缓解期NMOSD患者EDSS及中医症状评分,改善患者功能状态,其作用机制可能与其调节IL-23/IL-17A轴及相关细胞因子的表达、减轻中枢神经系统炎性反应有关。
Objective:To observe the effects of Bushen Yisui Capsule on IL-23/IL-17A axis and related cytokines in patients with neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder during remission.Methods:The EDSS scores and TCM symptom scores of 22 patients with NMOSD in remission period before and after 3 months of regular treatment with Bushen Yisui Capsule were evaluated.The plasma levels of IL-23,IL-17A,IL-1β,TNF-αand IL-6 before and after treatment in NMOSD group and control group were detected with human highly sensitive multi-cytokine kit.Results:The serum levels of IL-23,IL-17A,IL-1βand TNF-αwith NMOSD patients during remission was higher than that of control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).After treatment with Bushen Yisui Capsule,the levels of IL-23,IL-17A,IL-1β,TNF-α,IL-6 decreased(P<0.05,P<0.01).The EDSS and traditional Chinese medicine symptoms scores also decrease after treatment(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Bushen Yisui Capsule can improve the functional status of patients with NMOSD during remission,some of its mechanisms may relate to the regulation of the IL-23/IL-17A axis and related cytokines,which alleviate the central nervous system inflammatory response.
