健脾疏肝饮降低乳腺癌剂量密集型化疗方案不良反应的临床研究

Clinical study of Jianpi Shugan Decoction on reducing adverse reaction of dose-intensive chemotherapy for breast cancer

目的:观察健脾疏肝饮对降低密集型EC→T(H)化疗方案不良反应,以及化疗顺利完成的作用。方法:采用电脑随机数字表法,将100例患者随机分为对照组和研究组。对照组在常规治疗基础上采用密集型化疗方案,研究组在对照组治疗基础上加健脾疏肝饮治疗。观察两组患者骨髓抑制、肝功能损伤、乳腺癌中医症状分级量化评分、化疗延期率等差异。结果:两组在骨髓抑制、肝功能损伤方面差异无统计学意义,但研究组较对照组的化疗延期率和中医症状分级量化评分显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:密集型EC→T(H)化疗方案联合健脾疏肝饮复方加减,能够有效降低该化疗方案治疗期间的不良反应,提高患者生活质量,使得密集化疗能够如期完成。

Objective:To observe the effects of Jianpi Shugan Decoction on reducing adverse reaction of dose-intensive EC→T(H)chemotherapy and ensuring the successful completion of chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 100 postoperative patients with breast cancer were randomized into the control group and experimental group.The experimental group was treated with Jianpi Shugan Decoction plus intensive EC→T(H)chemotherapy,while the control group was treated with intensive EC→T(H)chemotherapy alone.To compare the occurrence rate of chemotherapy-associated myelosuppression,chemotherapyassociated hepatotoxicity and the postponed chemotherapy between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in chemotherapy-associated myelosuppression,chemotherapy-associated hepatotoxicity between the two groups.However,compared with the control group,the delay rate of chemotherapy and the score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score scale in the study group were significantly reduced(P<0.01).Conclusion:The dose-dense EC→T(H)chemotherapy combined with Jianpi Shugan Decoction can reduce the chemotherapy-associated toxicity effectively.The Jianpi Shugan Decoction also can improve the quality of life of the patients during the time of chemotherapy.It enable the dose-dense chemotherapy to be completed as scheduled.
