2019冠状病毒病3例治验解析

Analysis of three cases of Corona Virus Disease 2019

新型冠状病毒肺炎(即2019冠状病毒病,COVID-19)属中医疫病范畴,病机为疫邪遏阻阳气,耗伤正气。发病初起即表里同病,且表现出肺、脾、胃、大肠、肝、肾等多脏同病,体现出疫邪弥漫、耗伤阳气的特点。因疫邪盛,易伤正,故扶正应贯穿治疗始终。笔者从湖北省中西医结合医院救治的大量案例中撷取3例验案,其中2例为普通型,1例为重型,治疗后均达到2次新型冠状病毒核酸检测阴性,且肺部CT示炎症较前有所吸收改善。文章以舌象动态变化为重点,对治疗过程及处方遣药进行剖析,指出中医诊疗疫病的优势所在。最后得出疫病应重视舌诊、辨治应圆机活法、此次疫病应重视扶正、慎用清热解毒等结论性启示,以期与读者共同探讨。

Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)belongs to the category of epidemic disease in TCM.The pathogenesis is that the epidemic pathogen stagnates yang and damages vital energy.From the beginning of the onset,it shows as an exterior-interior concurrent disease,and affects multiple viscera including the lung,spleen,stomach,large intestine,liver,kidney,etc.at the same time,reflecting the characteristics of the epidemic pathogen that diffuses easily and damages yang.Epidemic pathogen is prosperous and it damages vital energy easily,so that strengthening the body resistance should be carried out throughout.In this article,three cases were collected from a large number of cases treated by our team in Hubei Provincial Hospital of Integrated Chinese&Western Medicine.Two of them were of the common type and one was heavy.All have reached the target of nucleic acid conversion to negative twice,and shows improvement in CT.This article focuses on the dynamic changes of the tongue image,analyzes the treatment process and the prescription,and points out the advantages of TCM diagnosis and treatment of epidemic diseases.Finally,this paper draws a conclusive revelation in order to discuss with readers,that tongue diagnosis should be highly valued in epidemic disease,syndrome differentiation and treatment should follow the rule of identifying the pathological changes accurately and selecting therapeutic method flexibly,the method of clearing heat and removing toxicity should be used with caution,and strengthening the body resistance should be carried out throughout.
