摘要
目的:探讨平风降气汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者的疗效及对机体氧化应激水平的影响。方法:选取COPD稳定期患者76例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组38例。对照组予布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂吸入,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用平风降气汤,观察两组治疗前后肺功能、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)的变化,评价疗效。结果:两组治疗后,咳嗽、咳痰、喘息积分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组咳痰积分显著低于对照组(P<0.01);肺功能均较治疗前有升高趋势,治疗组肺功能FEV1显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组SOD水平显著升高(P<0.05),治疗组GSH-PX水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:平风降气汤可提升COPD稳定期肺功能,改善氧化应激损伤。
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Pingfeng Jiangqi Decoction on stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(S-COPD)and its effect on oxidative stress.Methods:A total of 76 patients with S-COPD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 38 cases in each group.The control group was given Budesonide and Formoterol Fum arate Powder for inhalation,while the treatment group was given Pingfeng Jiangqi Decoction on the basis of the control group.The changes of pulmonary function,superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX)were observed before and after treatment,and the curative effect was evaluated.Results:After treatment,the scores of cough,expectoration and wheezing in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05,P<0.01).the scores of expectoration in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The pulmonary function of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The SOD level in the two groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the GSH-PX level in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pingfeng Jiangqi Decoction can improve lung function and oxidative stress injury in stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
