正念、应对和社会支持在生育应激对生育生活质量影响中的保护作用研究

Research on protective roles of mindfulness,coping and social support on effect of fertility problem on fertility quality of life

[目的]探索不孕症女性的正念、应对和社会支持在其生育应激对生育生活质量影响中的保护作用。[方法]采用五因素正念问卷、生育生活质量指标、不孕症应对策略量表、领悟社会支持量表、生育应激测试对某医院生殖医学中心就诊的382例不孕症女性进行调查。[结果]不孕症女性的生育应激、主动回避、被动回避与生育生活质量呈负相关(P<0.01),社会支持、意义应对、正念与生育生活质量呈正相关(P<0.01)。回归模型中,家庭支持、重要他人支持、意义应对和正念的模型调节生育应激对生育生活质量的影响(P<0.05),其调节模型分别解释生育生活质量变异的53%、53%、53%、55%。[结论]不孕症女性增加意义应对、感知到较多来自家庭和重要他人的支持,并提高正念,有利于减轻其生育应激对生育生活质量的不利影响。

Objective:To explore protective roles of mindfulness,coping and social support on fertility problem on effect of fertility quality of life.Methods:Five⁃factor Mindfulness Questionnaire,Fertility Quality of Life Indicators,COMPI⁃Coping Strategy Scales,Perceived Social Support Scale,and Fertility Problem Inventory were used to survey 382 infertility women in a hospital's reproductive medicine center.Results:Fertility problem,active avoidance and passive avoidance were negatively correlated with fertility quality of life of infertile women(P<0.01).Social support,meaningful coping and mindfulness were positively correlated with fertility quality of life of infertile women(P<0.01).In regression models,models of family support,other important person support,meaningful coping and mindfulness mediate influence of fertility problem on fertility quality of life(P<0.05),and their regulatory models explained 53%,53%,53%and 55%of variation in fertility quality of life.Conclusions:Increasing meaning coping,perceiving more support of family and other important person,and improving mindfulness can help reduce adverse effects of fertility problem on fertility quality of life.
