摘要
[目的]提出利用模糊控制技术对液体输注速度进行智能控制。[方法]以液体输注速度误差及误差变化率为系统输入量,基于临床静脉输液护理中长期积累的控制经验,生成模糊规则生成器对液体输注速度进行精确控制。进行5次测试,给定不同的液体输注速度,观察模糊控制器对输液速度的控制效果及响应时间。[结果]5次测试中,第2次和第5次测试每分钟液体输注速度最终值与每分钟液体输注速度初始值相差1滴,其余测试每分钟液体输注速度最终值与每分钟液体输注速度初始值相同。5次测试响应时间为26~38 s。[结论]实验建立的模型可根据医护人员依据临床护理知识及经验设定的液体输注速度,对输液过程中的实际输液速度进行及时、准确地控制。
Objective:It is proposed to use fuzzy control technology to intelligently control liquid infusion speed.Methods:With error and change rate of error of liquid infusion speed as system input,based on long-term accumulated control experience in clinical intravenous infusion nursing,a fuzzy rule generator was generated to accurately control liquid infusion speed.Perform 5 tests,setted different liquid infusion speed,and observe control effect and response time of fuzzy rule generator on infusion rate.Results:In 5 tests,final value of liquid infusion speed per minute and initial value of liquid infusion speed per minute were different by 1 drop in second and fifth tests,and final value of liquid infusion speed per minute and initial value of liquid infusion speed per minute were same.The response time of 5 tests were 26~38 s.Conclusions:Model established by experiment can control actual infusion speed in infusion process in a timely and accurate manner according to liquid infusion speed set by medical staff based on clinical nursing knowledge and experience.
