摘要
[目的]基于德尔菲法研制突发性耳聋病人健康教育清单,为突发性耳聋病人提供健康教育指导。[方法]通过文献回顾、小组讨论和半结构式访谈的方法研制健康教育清单初稿,采用德尔菲法对山西省15名专家进行2轮函询,根据专家建议对清单条目和维度进行增减、修改,确定最终版突发性耳聋病人健康教育清单。[结果]2轮专家函询问卷有效回收率均为100%,函询专家权威系数>70%。第1轮专家函询一级条目、二级条目、三级条目专家意见Kendall's W系数分别为0.188,0.175,0.196(P<0.05),各级条目重要性赋值均数均>3.80分,满分率为6.67%~93.33%,变异系数为0.05~0.26。第2轮专家函询一级条目、二级条目、三级条目专家意见Kendall's W系数分别为0.277,0.244,0.214(P<0.05),各级条目重要性赋值均数均>4.07分,满分率为20.00%~100.00%,变异系数为0.00~0.18。最终形成的突发性耳聋病人健康教育清单包括5项一级条目(认知、生理、情感、社会与家庭、功能)、15项二级条目、35项三级条目。[结论]经过专家函询确定的突发性耳聋病人健康教育清单具有较高的可靠性,且条目结构合理、内容全面、系统、科学,有利于为突发性耳聋病人健康教育方案的制定提供循证依据。
Objective:To develop health education list for sudden deafness patients based on Delphi method,so as to provide health education guidance for patients with sudden deafness.Methods:To develop first draft of health education list by literature review,group discussion and semi-structured interviews.Delphi method was used to conduct 2 rounds of consultation with 15 experts in Shanxi Province.List items and dimensions were increased,decreased,and modified according to experts'recommendations and determine final version of health education list for sudden deafness patients.Results:The effective recovery rate of the two rounds of expert consultation questionnaire was 100%,and authority coefficient of experts was>70%.In first round of expert consultation,Kendall's W of first⁃level,second⁃level and third⁃level items were 0.188,0.175 and 0.196(P<0.05)respectively.Average importance value of all levels of entries was>3.80 points.Full score rate was 6.67%~93.33%.Variation coefficient was 0.05~0.26.In second round of expert consultation,Kendall's W of first⁃level,second⁃level and third⁃level items were 0.277,0.244,0.214(P<0.05)respectively.Average importance value of all levels of entries was>4.07 points.Full score rate was 20.00%~100.00%.Variation coefficient was 0.00~0.18.The final formed health education list for sudden deafness patients included 5 first⁃level(cognition,physiology,emotion,society and family,function),15 second⁃level and 35 third⁃level items.Conclusions:Health education list for sudden deafness patients determined by expert consultation has high reliability,and structure of items is reasonable,comprehensive,systematic and scientific,which is helpful to provide evidence-based basis for development of health education programs for sudden deafness patients.
