摘要
随着动力电池在汽车领域的发展与广泛应用,对电池管理系统的研究和测试也越来越重要。在面对众多电池管理系统的硬件在环测试环节中,为节约人工测试的繁琐,介绍了Robot框架。首先分析自动化测试流程,然后运用Python脚本建立关键字驱动的测试库,在Robot编辑器中编写测试用例,最后对项目中的电池管理系统继电器上下电控制策略设计。在使用硬件在环技术的基础上,实现继电器自动化测试,验证了自动化测试的研究取得的成效,并展现出自动化测试的优势,对工程应用具有一定的参考价值。
As the development and wide application of power battery in the field of automobile,the research and test of battery management system is becoming more and more important.In the hardware-in-the-loop testing process of many battery management systems,in order to save the tedious manual test,the Robot framework is introduced.First,the automated test process was analyzed,and then the keyword-driven test library was built with Python script,and the test cases were written in the Robot editor.Finally,the relay power-up and power-down control strategy of the battery management system in the project is designed.On the basis of Hardware-inthe-loop technology,relay automation test is realized,which verifies the results of automation test research and shows the advantages of automation test.It has a certain reference value for engineering application.
