摘要
为提升大学生方程式赛车(FSAE)动力性,减少直线加速行驶时间,设计一款自动升挡的装置。利用测功机对发动机转矩进行测试,获得不同节气门开度下的转矩参数。根据台架试验数据,利用MATLAB拟合出发动机稳态转矩特性方程,结合整车传动系参数,根据驱动力法得到基于节气门开度和车速的两参数最佳动力性升挡规律并用于实车验证。实车验证结果表明,采用自动升挡后平均加速度得到提升,稳定性更佳。
In order to improve the power of formula Racing(FSAE) and reduce the time of line acceleration,design an automatic shift device.By using the dynamometer,test the engine torque and obtain the torque parameters under different throttle opening.Based on the vehicle transmission system parameters,make use of the method of driving force and achieve the law of optimal dynamic graduation of two parameters about the throttle opening and speed.The results of real vehicle verification show that average acceleration is improved and stability is better after using the automatic shift device.
