摘要
“一带一路”倡议提出以来,中国对外投资项目和外派项目经理数量大幅增长,项目经理跨文化领导力的结构维度识别对提升项目绩效,帮助公司获取国际竞争优势具有重要作用。通过对30名外派项目经理半结构化访谈资料的扎根理论研究,本文构建了项目经理跨文化领导力的结构维度。研究发现,项目经理跨文化领导力由“感知差异、理解差异、自我调节、愿景感召、仁慈关怀和风险应对”6个维度和其21个子维度构成。研究结果丰富了领导力相关理论,为外派项目经理的选拔、培训及能力提升提供一定理论依据。
Since the"the Belt and Road"initiative was put forward,the number of Chinese foreign investment projects and expatriate project managers has increased significantly.The identification of the structural dimensions of crosscultural leadership of the project managers plays an important role in improving project performance and obtaining international competitive advantages for the company.Based on the grounded theory research on the semi-structured interview data of 30 overseas project managers,this paper constructed the structural dimensions of cross-cultural leadership of the project managers.The results show that cross-cultural leadership of the project managers consists of 6 dimensions and 21 sub-dimensions of"perception difference,understanding difference,self-regulation,vision impel,humane care and risk coping".The results enrich the relevant theories of leadership and provide some theoretical basis for the selection,training and ability improvement of the project managers.
