论《黄帝内经》“和”的健康观

Research on the Health View in Huang Di Nei Jing

健康观是人们对健康的根本认识,决定了人们追求健康的方法。从《黄帝内经》对生命的认知出发,以"和"为核心阐述了"健康是和""疾病是不和",同时也探讨了健康与疾病的关系,提出了应将"和"理念贯彻于健康管理全过程的观点。

Outlook on health is people’s basic understanding for health, which determines methods of people’s pursuit of health. This paper starts from the condition of health view in Huang Di Nei Jing(《黄帝内经》Yellow Emperor’s Internal Classic) and expounds that health refers to harmony while disease refers to disharmony, discusses the relationship between health and diseases, and puts forward the view that harmony should be carried out in the whole process of health management.
