基于问题导向的公立医院薪酬制度完善路径探析——以连云港市为例 被引量:4

摘要 合理的薪酬制度是实现医学人才职业理想的物质保障,日渐成为深化医疗体制改革的重要问题。以薪酬满意度量表作为调查测量工具,通过对连云港市公立医院现行的薪酬制度进行调研,基于问题导向,系统分析原因,从促进薪酬制度体系与职业精神有效连接、完善公立医院薪酬分配体系、提高医务人员非经济性的薪酬待遇等三个方面提出相应对策,探索并构建合理的公立医院薪酬制度体系。 Reasonable salary system is the material guarantee to realize the professional ideal of medical talents,and it has become an important problem to deepen the reform of medical system day by day.Taking the salary satisfaction scale as the survey and measurement tool,through the investigation of the current salary systems in Lianyungang public hospitals,the paper makes a systematic analysis of the reasons based on the problem orientation,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from three aspects in promoting the effective connection between the salary system and professional spirit,perfecting the salary distribution system of public hospital,improving the non-economic salary treatment of medical staff to explore and construct the reasonable salary system of public hospital.
