安全稳定的校园环境是高校开展一切工作的基础和保障,安全保卫工作是学校各项工作的重中之重。在新形势下,高校安全保卫工作需要不断加强物防、技防建设,但归根结底要落实到人。退伍大学生士兵作为高校的一个特殊群体,有着非常强的政治敏锐性和组织纪律性。提出利用大学生退伍士兵组建学生应急救援队的构想,从管理体制、运行机制、经费保障方面充分调动退伍大学生的才干,为高校安全保卫工作保驾护航。

A safe and stable campus environment is the foundation and guarantee for colleges and universities to carry out all the work,and security work is the most important part.Under the new situation,the security work needs to strengthen the construction of material and technical defense constantly,but in the final analysis,it should be implemented to people.As a special group in colleges and universities,college veteran students have strong political sensitivity and organizational discipline.The paper puts forward the idea of using the veteran students to set up the emergency rescue team,to fully mobilize their talents from the aspects of management system,operation mechanism and fund guarantee,and to ensure the safety and security work of colleges and universities.
