摘要
针对叶片、叶盘等复杂结构件的加工特点,开发了一套嵌入式的自适应加工控制系统。该控制系统以机床主轴负载为约束目标,以机床的进给倍率为控制对象,实现机床切削加工的自适应加工控制,设计良好的人机交互界面实现控制系统与实际加工的集成。试验结果表明,所设计的嵌入式自适应加工控制系统在加工过程中具有良好的控制效果,可以保护机床和刀具。
In view of the machining characteristics of complex structures such as blades and discs, the adaptive machining control system of NC machines was researched. The control system takes the spindle load of machine as the constraint target and the feed rate of machine as the control target to realize the adaptive machinine control. The test results show that the embedded adaptive machining control system has good control effect and can protect the machine and tool.
