摘要
通过对镁合金飞轮壳体的镀层、钎焊材料和润湿性、钎焊接头剪切强度等技术研究,突破了镁合金镀层不均匀、表面粗糙度不符等镀镍技术难点;研制的ZK61M镁合金飞轮抗振性能更好、焊接接头强度更优;飞轮漏率达到2.1×10^-11Pa·m^3/sec,符合设计要求。
The cladding material,brazing material and wettability,shear strength of brazed joint of magnesium alloy flywheel sheel were studied.It breaks through the technical difficulties of nickelage such as inhomogeneous cladding material of magnesium alloy and inconformity surface finish.The developed magnesium alloy flywheel has better vibration resistance and better strength of welded joint.The leak rate of flywheel reaches 2.1×10^-11Pa·m^3/sec,which meets the design requirements.
