摘要
探究体重指数(BMI)与身体各项生理指标及学习记忆能力的关系,为女大学生身心健康的干预提供依据。测量BMI、身体各项生理指标和学习记忆能力,分析BMI与血压、心率、血糖、肺活量、学习成绩(包括期末成绩、平时测试成绩和期末重测成绩)、即刻回忆成绩、延时回忆成绩、延时再认成绩的关系。研究发现,沈阳师范大学女大学生BMI与2014年全国学生平均BMI相比呈现增加趋势。BMI偏高的学生的血压明显高于正常体重学生的血压(P<0.05),期末成绩(P<0.05)及延时回忆成绩(P<0.05)均明显低于正常体重学生的成绩。BMI与收缩压、血糖均呈正相关,与期末重测成绩呈负相关。随着BMI的升高,女大学生患高血压的风险增高,对学习记忆能力也有不良影响。
To explore the relationship between the body mass index(BMI)and various physiological indicators of the body and the ability of learning and memory,and provide evidence for physical and mental health prevention and intervention of female college students.Measure BMI,various physiological indicators of the body and the ability of learning and memory,analyze the relationship between BMI and blood pressure,heart rate,blood glucose,lung capacity,academic record(including final grade,usual test grade and final retest grade),immediate recall,delayed recall and delayed recognition.The study found that,comparing with the national average BMI in 2014,BMI of female college students in our university showed an increasing trend.The blood pressure of students with high BMI was significantly higher than that of normal weight students(P<0.05),the final exam scores(P<0.05)and delayed recall scores(P<0.05)were significantly lower than those of normal weight students.BMI was positively correlated with systolic blood pressure and blood glucose,and negatively correlated with final retest scores.With the increase of BMI,female students have a higher risk of hypertension,which also has a negative impact on learning and memory ability.
