摘要
试验研究日粮中添加不同剂量的产酶益生素对舍饲羔羊生产性能及血液生化指标的影响。各组羔羊日粮中的基础日粮成分完全相同。试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组额外添加0.2%、0.4%的益生素。结果表明:试验Ⅰ组与试验Ⅱ组的平均日增重(ADG)均显著高于对照组,分别增加了19.53%、18.18%(P<0.05),且试验Ⅰ组与试验Ⅱ组的ADG无显著差异(P>0.05)。试验Ⅰ组与试验Ⅱ组的腹泻率比对照组分别下降13.33%、10.00%,死亡率均下降3.33%。与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组与试验Ⅱ组均能降低料重比(F/G),提高饲料利用率。试验Ⅰ组的血液中葡萄糖(Glu)、总胆固醇(TC)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)和免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);且尿素氮(BUN)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。说明日粮中添加益生素可提高育肥羔羊的生产性能,增强其机体免疫机能,降低腹泻发生率,添加量以0.2%较适宜。
The test studied the effect of different doses of probiotics in diet on the performance and blood biochemical indexes of lambs. The lambs in each group were fed with the same basal diet, and test group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ were respectively added 0.2% and 0.4% probiotics. The results showed that: the ADG of test group Ⅰ and test group Ⅱ were significantly higher than that of control group, increased by 19.53% and 18.18%(P<0.05), and there was no significant difference between test group Ⅰ and test group Ⅱ(P>0.05). Compared with the control group, the diarrhea rate of test group Ⅰ and test group Ⅱ respectively decreased by 13.33% and 10.00%, and the mortality rate decreased by 3.33%. Compared with the control group, both group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ can reduce the F/G and improve the feed utilization ratio. The contents of blood glucose(Glu), total cholesterol(TC), immunoglobulin A(IgA), immunoglobulin M(Ig M) and immunoglobulin G(Ig G) in test group Ⅰ were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05), and the contents of urea nitrogen(BUN) were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05). The test indicated that probiotics can improve the performance of fattening lambs, enhance their immune function and reduce the incidence of diarrhea. 0.2% of probiotics is more suitable for weaned lambs.
