摘要
单宁是大部分植物性原料中都含有的一种成分,一直以来被当作一种抗营养因子。近年来的研究发现,单宁在畜禽生产中还有广泛的生理功能。文章对单宁的组成、生理功能和在畜禽生产上的应用进行综述,为单宁在畜禽生产中的应用提供参考。
Tannin is a component of most vegetable raw materials and has been used as an anti-nutritional factor.In recent years,studies have found that tannins have a wide range of physiological functions in livestock and poultry production.The article reviews the composition,physiological functions of tannin and its application in livestock and poultry production,and provides a reference for the application of tannin in livestock and poultry production.
