3D打印技术在复杂性胫骨平台骨折的应用效果观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探究3D打印技术治疗复杂性胫骨平台骨折的实用性及有效性。方法:随机将我院符合纳入标准的56例复杂胫骨平台骨折(Schatzker分型V、VI型)患者分为观察组和对照组各28例。3D打印骨折模型委托第三方公司制作。观察组术前根据模型模拟手术并制定手术方案,对照组根据影像结果制定手术方案,比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术中透视次数、术后骨折骨性愈合时间及术后6个月膝关节HSS评分。结果:全部病例均获得随访,随访时间6~12个月。两组手术时间、术中出血量、术中透视次数比较均有明显差异(P<0.05),骨折骨性愈合时间基本一致。术后6个月膝关节HSS评分优良率观察组为89.28%,对照组为78.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:3D打印技术可明显缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量及术中透视次数,有利于改善膝关节功能。 Objective: To explore the practicability and effectiveness of 3D printing in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures.Methods: 56 patients with complex tibial plateau fractures(Schatzker classification:Ⅴ, Ⅵ type) in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group(3D printed fracture model group) and control group(traditional treatment group), and the 3D printed fracture model was made by a third-party company.The observation group simulated the operation and made the operation plan according to the model before operation, while the control group made the operation plan according to the image results.The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, intraoperative fluoroscopy times, postoperative fracture healing time and knee HSS score 6 months after surgery were compared between the two groups. Results: All patients were followed up for 6-12 months. There were significant differences in operative time, intraoperative blood loss and intraoperative fluoroscopy frequency between the two groups(P<0.05), and the fracture healing time was basically the same.The excellent and good rate of HSS score at 6 months after surgery was 89.28% in the observation group and 78.57% in the control group, which was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: 3D printing technology can significantly shorten the operation time, reduce intraoperative blood loss and intraoperative fluoroscopy times, improve knee function, and can be further promoted in clinical practice.
