摘要
针对某工厂横向双钩挂梁桥式起重机经常出现的问题:挂梁垂直于主梁,因现场的工作需要,挂梁的长度往往会大于主梁宽度,甚至超过起重机的宽度,起重机在起升和运行过程中,挂梁、钢管与司机室碰撞事故时有发生,需要采用更加可靠的防护装置对该作业方式进行有效控制,规避安全隐患。在传统的电气机械限位保护方面存在很多不足,因此,设计一款智能安全监护系统是必要的。文中主要阐述了智能安全监护系统的基本特性,简要分析其工作基本原理,并且相应指出了当前在挂梁桥式起重机司机室安全防护过程中所出现的问题,针对智能安全监护系统在挂梁桥式起重机司机室安全防护中的应用进行分析和探讨。
In view of the frequent failures of a horizontal double-hook suspended bean bridge crane in a factory:because the suspended beam is perpendicular to the main beam,the length of the suspended beam is often larger than the width of the main beam or even exceeds the width of the crane due to the needs of field work,thus collision accidents between the suspended beam/steel pipe and the driver’s cab occur frequently during the hoisting and operation of the crane,so more reliable protective devices are needed to effectively control the operation mode in order to avoid potential safety hazards.As there are many deficiencies in traditional electromechanical limit protection,it is necessary to design an intelligent safety monitoring system.This paper mainly expounds the basic characteristics of the intelligent safety monitoring system,briefly analyzes its basic working principle,and points out the existing problems in the safety protection process of the crane cab,and analyzes and discusses the application of the intelligent safety monitoring system in the safety protection of the crane cab.
