摘要
针对一起起重吊索具断裂事故,运用现场勘验、模拟还原和综合判断等方法,对吊索具发生断裂的原因进行分析,查明造成事故发生的直接原因和间接原因,提出事故的改进措施和防范建议。
Taking a crane rigging fracture accident as the research subject,we analyzed the causes of the crane rigging fracture by using on-site inspection,simulation restoration and comprehensive judgment methods,found out the direct and indirect causes of the accident,and put forward improvement measures and prevention suggestions for the accident.
