摘要
食品老字号有着悠久的历史,他们有着许许多多的故事,传承着中国的优秀传统文化,保护食品老字号有着非常重要的意义。但是现在食品老字号大多存在缺乏创新、宣传方式落后等问题。食品老字号不能因此被人们遗忘,所以应该直视问题,并解决这些问题,从而使食品老字号得以发展、传承。
The time-honoured food brands have a long history. They not only have many stories behind them, but also inherit the excellent traditional culture of China. Therefore, it is very important to protect the time-honoured food brands. However, most of the time-honoured food brands now face problems such as lack of innovation and backward propaganda methods. In the era of rapid development, no innovation will lag behind. Food old-fashioned brands can’t be forgotten because of this, so we should look directly at the problems and solve them, so that food old-fashioned brands can be protected and inherited.
