摘要 食品安全关乎每一个人,随着社会的快速发展,食品也越来越多样化。食品的五花八门,食品生产经营者的不负责任等,造就了当今食品安全问题愈演愈烈。食品安全问题不仅影响着人们的身体健康,更是一个需要从长远角度来考虑的严峻问题。食品安全检测是维护食品安全的重要手段,但当今食品检测中存在着各式各样的问题与漏洞,检测准确率不高,如何提升食品检测准确率,成为了当今十分热门的研究课题。 Food safety is related to each of us. With the rapid development of society, the development of food is becoming more and more diversified. The variety of food, food producers and operators of irresponsible, and so on, have created today’s food safety problems have become more and more fierce. Food safety not only affects people’s health, but also is a serious problem to be considered from a long-term perspective. Therefore, food safety testing has become an important means to maintain food safety. Due to various problems and loopholes in food testing today, the accuracy of food safety testing is not satisfactory. How to improve the accuracy of food testing, has become a very hot research topic.
