本文首先介绍了食品检验检测质量控制中存在的问题,分析了提高食品检验检测准确性的可靠方法以及在食品实验测试过程中需要注意的点,并讨论了食品快速检测过程中的质量控制决策。
This paper firstly introduces the problems existing in the quality control of food inspection and testing, analyzes the reliable methods to improve the accuracy of food inspection and testing as well as the points need attention in the process of food testing, and discusses the quality control decisions in the process of fast food testing.
