摘要
伴随社会的进步及经济的发展,食品检验技术水平日趋成熟,社会大众对食品检验的要求也更为严格。绿色分析检测技术作为新型检测技术手段的典型代表,能帮助技术人员快速分析食品是否存在污染性问题,更能消除影响食品加工阶段的其他风险因素,真正意义上做到从根源上杜绝食品污染。本文以绿色分析检测技术为切入点,分析现状及存在的问题,进一步提出在食品检验中应用绿色分析检测技术的要点,旨在为食品检验质量及安全性的提高提供具有价值的参考建议。
In this year, with the social progress and economic development, the level of food inspection technology is becoming more and more mature, and the requirements of the public for food inspection are more stringent. As a typical representative of new detection technology, green analysis and test technology can not only help technicians to quickly analyze whether the food is contaminated, but also eliminate other risk factors affecting the food processing stage, so as to truly eliminate food contamination from the root. In this paper, the green analysis and testing technology as a starting point, analysis of the status quo related issues, and further put forward specific food inspection application points, in order to provide valuable reference suggestions for the improvement of food inspection quality and safety.
