The article analyses the current situation of China’s food safety supervision and management, clears the roles of the food inspection in the food safety supervision and management, puts forward the current existing problems in food inspection institution, and then provides some useful suggestions to solve these problems, and determines the future development direction for the food inspection institution, that keep it improving and play better in the technical support work of the food safety supervision and management.
