摘要 本文建立了鱼肉中恩诺沙星(ENRO)、环丙沙星(CIP)和沙拉沙星(SARA)残留量的UPLCMS/MS液相串联质谱测定方法。结果表明:各组分在1~500 ng·mL^-1范围内具有良好的线性,回收率为83.7%~103.1%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.7%~5.4%,检出限(LOD)为0.08~0.17μg·kg^-1,定量限(LOQ)为0.34~0.56μg·kg^-1。 A method was developed for the determination of enrofloxacin, ciprofloxacin and sarafloxacin in fish tissue by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS). The results showed that there existed good linear relationships for the components in the range of 1~500 ng·m L^-1, the recoveries were in the range of 83.7%~103.1% with the relative standard deviations of 1.7%~5.4%, the detection limits of determination in the range of 0.08 ~ 0.17 μg·kg^-1, the quantitation limits were 0.34 ~ 0.56 μg·kg^-1.
