摘要
基于大众点评数据,对重庆主城9区小面的相关指标进行综合分析,为重庆小面产业的发展方向提供参考。截止2020年1月中旬,重庆主城的面馆有13 244家,占全市的54.52%,受推荐的重庆小面种类主要是(麻辣)小面、牛肉面等5种,对小面馆评分的高低与平均消费额成高度正相关(R=0.871 5)。以上分析表明重庆小面产业发展要适度,不要盲目扩张,要注意消费者的评价,多开发满足不同消费人群需求的产品。
Based on the data about a comprehensive analysis on the related indicators of Chongqing spicy noodles within the urban of Chongqing 9 districts which comes from the ‘Dianping.com’, thus can provide reference for the Chongqing spicy noodles’ industry development. Until the middle of January 2020, there are 13 244 noodle restaurants within the urban of Chongqing, which takes up 54.52% of the city, while these five types of noodles like the spicy flavor, braised beef etc. are become recommended among customers, also the score of noodle restaurant is high positively correlated with the average consumption(R=0.871 5). Totally, this above analysis suggested that Chongqing spicy noodles’ industry development should be moderate and not blind expansion, while pay more attention to the customers’ evaluation and develop variety types of products to satisfy different consumers’ requirements.
