服务型领导理论中国化研究的回顾与建议

REVIEW AND SUGGESTION OF THEORY SINICIZATION STUDIES ON SERVANT LEADERSHIP

从1992年至2018年27年间,中国学界对服务型领导理论进行研究的文献仅有416篇,至今中国学界对服务型领导理论研究仍缺乏连贯性和清晰性。现从研究领域、研究主题、研究议题、研究方法和流程方面对这416篇文献进行综合全面的回顾。发现学界对于服务型领导理论研究,缺乏以中国立场来关注中国现实问题。最后,在创新理论研究、拓宽理论实践研究主题的范围和提升中国服务型领导理论话语权等方面给出一些建设性建议。

From 1992 to 2018,there have been only 416 articles on servant leadership in Chinese academic circles.Up to now,there has been a lack of consistency and clarity in related research.A comprehensive review is conducted to those 416 articles on servant leadership over 27 years(1992-2018),thus concluded in the following four aspects:1)indicating the research fields of high-quality journals on the sinicization of servant leadership theory.2)exploring the research topics of sinicization of servant leadership theory.3)identifying two aspects of this research in the discussion among the academic circles.4)summarizing two research methods of servant leadership theory.In the end,it is found that the above studies lack a Chinese standpoint when paying attention to China’s practical problems,whether it is a theoretical or a practical research on servant leadership.Therefore,suggestions are proposed in theoretical and practical aspects.
