智能制造背景下构建产教融合的高职机器人专业课程体系

摘要 机器人是"中国制造2025"十大重点发展的领域之一,为适应社会经济发展的需要,高职院校要抢抓机遇,大力培养机器人行业的专业人才。通过对珠三角地区机器人行业企业的深入调研,项目组分析得出机器人安装调试、维护保养、产品销售及售后服务等岗位的需求量最大。以职业岗位的工作任务与能力要求为根本,明确了产教融合的高职机器人专业人才培养目标及培养规格,构建了"岗位导向、实践主体"产教融合的专业课程体系。 Robot is one of the top ten key development fields of"Made in China 2025", in order to meet the needs of social and economic development, higher vocational colleges should seize the opportunity and vigorously cultivate professional talents in the robot industry. Through the in-depth investigation of the robot industry enterprises in the Pearl River Delta region, the project team analyzes and concludes that the robot installation and debugging, maintenance, product sales and after-sales service posts demand the most.Based on the job tasks and ability requirements of professional posts, this paper clarifies the training objectives and training specifications of robot professionals in Higher Vocational Education with the integration of industry and education, and constructs the professional curriculum system of the integration of industry and education of"post orientation and practice subject".
