八风八邪放血疗法对竹叶青蛇咬伤凝血功能的影响

Effect of Bafeng Baxie Bloodletting Therapy on Blood Coagulation Function of Trimeresurus Stejnegeri Bite

目的观察八风、八邪放血疗法对竹叶青蛇咬伤患者凝血功能与临床疗效的影响。方法将82例竹叶青蛇咬伤患者随机分为穴位放血组与对照组各41例,两组均给予蛇咬伤中西医结合常规治疗,穴位放血组在常规治疗基础上加用八风、八邪放血疗法。比较两组患者入院后第1日、第4日的凝血4项[凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、国际标准化比率(INR)、纤维蛋白原(Fg)]检验值,对比两组肿胀、疼痛评分与住院时间。结果两组治疗第4日的PT、APTT、TT、INR有明显差异,而穴位放血组上升更少;Fg皆下降,但对照组下降更多(P<0.05)。穴位放血组第4日的肿胀、疼痛评分比对照组更低,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。穴位放血组住院时间更短(P<0.05)。结论八风、八邪放血疗法能有效改善竹叶青蛇咬伤引起的凝血功能障碍,降低肿胀、疼痛评分,缩短住院时间,提高临床疗效。

Objective:To observe the effect of bloodletting therapy of Bafeng and Baxie on coagulation function and clinical effect of patients bitten by Trimeresurus stejnegeri.Methods:82 patients were randomly divided into acupoint bleeding group and the control group,41 cases in each group.On the basis of routine treatment,Bafeng and Baxie blood letting therapy were added to the acupoint blood letting group.The following data was compared between the two groups:4 items of blood coagulation(PT,APTT,TT,INR,Fg)on the 1st day and the 4th day after admission,swelling score,pain score and length of hospital stays.Results:On the 4th day of treatment,PT,APTT,TT,INR of both groups were significantly different;the increase of acupoint bleeding group was less;Fg was decreased,but the decrease of control group was more(P<0.05);swelling score and pain score of acupoint bleeding group were lower than those of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The hospital stays of acupoint bleeding group was shorter(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bafeng and Baxie bloodletting therapy can effectively improve the coagulation dysfunction caused by the bite of trimeresurus stejnegeri,reduce the score of swelling and pain,shorten the hospital stays,and improve the clinical effect.
