摘要
采用含毒介质培养法,研究了苯磺隆对两株木霉菌丝生长和产孢量的影响.结果表明:苯磺隆对两株木霉菌丝生长和产孢量均具有抑制作用.对两株木霉菌丝生长抑制方面,EC50分别为2836.4326 mg/L和3650.5611 mg/L,对产孢量的影响方面,低质量浓度(600 mg/L)时抑制率即达到40%以上.综合考虑对木霉菌丝生长及产孢量的影响,建议木霉在田间应用时应避免与苯磺隆同时施用.
The effects of bensulfuron-methyl on the mycelial growth and sporulation of Trichoderma spp.were studied by the poisoned medium method.The results showed that bensulfuron-methyl inhibited the mycelial growth and sporulation of Trichoderma spp.EC50 was 2836.4326 mg/L and 3650.5611 mg/L respectively,which had a greater effect on sporulation,and the low concentration(600 mg/L)reached more than 40%.Considering the effects of Tribenuron-methyl on mycelial growth and sporulation of Trichoderma,it is suggested that Trichoderma should be avoided in the field application with Tribenuron-methyl at the same time.
