摘要
文章介绍了一种能迅速去除主泵调节器切换薄膜组件表面上聚硫密封胶的去除剂,并对主泵调节器薄膜组件的结构和组成特点、去除剂的选用原则、去除剂的组成、去除效率、薄膜组件在去除剂中适应性等方面进行了研究分析。研究表明:研制的聚硫密封胶去除剂能有效去除主泵调节器切换薄膜组件表面上聚硫密封胶,同时对基体材料无腐蚀作用。
This paper introduces a kind of remover which can quickly remove polysulfide sealant from the surface of main pump regulator switch film assembly,and studies and analyzes the structure and composition of main pump regulator film assembly,selection principle of remover,composition of remover,removal efficiency and adaptability of film assembly in remover.The results show that the polysulfide sealant remover can effectively remove the polysulfide sealant from the surface of the switch film assembly of the main pump regulator,and has no corrosive effect on the base material.
